Welcome to Zencounter. By creating an account or using our dating service, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Eligibility – 18+ only
You must be at least 18 years old to use Zencounter. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older and legally able to enter into this agreement. We may ask you to verify your age, and accounts found to belong to minors will be removed immediately.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login details private and for all activity under your account. Use a real, recent photo of yourself as your main profile photo, and keep your profile information honest and up to date. One person, one account – duplicate or fake accounts may be removed.
3. Acceptable behavior
Zencounter is a friendly community. You agree not to:
- Harass, threaten, stalk, or abuse other members in any way.
- Post explicit, pornographic, or sexually graphic content in public profiles, photos, or usernames.
- Share hate speech, discriminatory content, or content that promotes violence.
- Spam, scam, or attempt to defraud other members, or solicit money or gifts.
- Share other people’s private information without their consent.
- Use the service for commercial advertising, escort services, or any illegal purpose.
4. Photos and content
Profile photos and public content must not contain nudity or explicit sexual content. We review reported content and may remove anything that breaks these rules. By uploading content, you confirm you own the rights to it and grant Zencounter a license to display it on the service.
5. Safety
Always put your safety first: get to know people through messages before meeting, meet in public places, tell a friend where you are going, and never send money to someone you met online. Report suspicious behavior to us at helplandu78@gmail.com.
6. VIP and VIP+ subscriptions
Zencounter offers optional paid subscriptions (VIP and VIP+):
- Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis for the billing period you select.
- Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days.
- We may change subscription prices with reasonable notice; price changes apply from your next renewal.
7. Account termination
We may warn, suspend, or permanently terminate your account – without refund – if you break these terms, harass other members, post prohibited content, or engage in fraud or abuse. You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Zencounter is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee that you will find a match, or that every profile is genuine. Always use your own judgment when interacting with others. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Zencounter is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of Zencounter after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
